Why Livintri is unique
Energy-generating buildings
By using cross-laminated timber (CLT) our buildings are able to store co2 instead of emitting it. This combined with our exceptional technical installations such as infrared heating and decentralized mechanical ventilation guarantees that our buildings are energy-generating and sustainable.
LIVINTRI Smart Living Concept
We foresee a future where modular shareable housing is the future, we at LIVINTRI took this a step further and constructed the LIVINTRI Smart Living Concept (LSLC). This concept is designed for tenants to feel at home anywhere in the world, because of a rooftop community and identical floorplans and living costs all over.
