Energy-saving installations

Heating installations

Infrared heating is a heating method that utilises infrared radiation to warm surrounding objects and bodies. Thermal energy is transferred directly to a body with a lower temperature via electromagnetic waves in the infrared region. Infrared heating can be particularly effective when combined with cross-laminated timber panels; these absorb and retain heat, providing long-lasting warmth. We offer both infrared ceiling and floor heating options, allowing for greater flexibility in heating preferences and allowing customers to choose the option that best suits their needs and preferences.

Ventilation

Decentralised Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery (DMVHR) uses the heat from extracted stale air to warm up the fresh air coming in. Bringing in fresh but pre-warmed air therefore provides ventilation while also saving energy.

Cooling installations

Solar control glass is a specialised type of glass designed to limit the amount of solar radiation entering a room while still allowing ample natural light. This design feature has several energy-efficient benefits such as reducing the amount of heat entering a building, maintaining comfortable indoor temperatures and reducing the need for air conditioning. This in turn significantly reduces energy consumption and related cooling costs. Each unit is also fitted with an air conditioning system to enhance cooling and maximise comfort.

Water solutions

Drain Water Heat Recovery (DWHR) pipes are an innovative technology that can significantly reduce energy consumption associated with heating water. The system utilises the warm water flowing down the drain to preheat incoming cold water in the hot water tank. This process can reduce energy usage by up to 50% as less power is needed to heat the preheated water to the desired temperature.

Smart solutions

Smart installations
Smart home automation system

LIVINTRI provides a state-of-the-art home automation system with every housing unit. Tenants can manage their home’s lighting, heating, security and other appliances from a centralised platform. The technology enables homeowners to enjoy a more comfortable and convenient living experience.

Smart installations
Kinetic switches

These offer a wireless and battery-free switching solution. Operating on kinetic energy, the switches are ideal for use in areas where a power cable cannot be run.
